Privacy Policy

We at Tuludo ("we", "us" or "our") care about your privacy and recognize the importance of keeping your information safe. We do our best to be transparant about how we collect and use your information.

By using our platform, you agree to the practices described in this policy. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the platform.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Information you provide to us

  • Account information — when you register, we collect your username, email address and password (hashed).
  • Payment information — when you choose to purchase assets, currencies or other items, payment is processed by our third-party payment provide, Stripe. We do not collect or store your full payment card details. We receive only the transaction records we need (such as amount, date, items purchased and a transaction ID). When making a transaction on our platform, the external payment provider's privacy policy applies.
  • User-generated content — content you create and submit, including:
    • Games — you build, including assets, logic and settings.
    • Comments — you post.
    • Direct messages — you send to other users.
    • Communications — when you contact support, we keep your messages and anything you include in them.

2.2 Information we collect automatically

  • Account and creation activity — projects you create and save, assets you own or have purschased, games you play, achievements, and your activity on the platform.
  • Usage and device data — IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, referring pages, timestamps, session length and how you interact with the platform.

3. How We Use Your Information

  • Create and manage your account and authenticate you;
  • Let you create, save, publish, share, and play games;
  • Process optional purchases of assets and other items, and prevent fraudulent transactions;
  • Enable comments and, where permitted by your age settings, direct messages;
  • Confirm your age and apply age-appropriate restrictions (for example, limiting or disabling DMs for younger users);
  • Moderate user-generated content — including published games, comments, and DMs — to keep the community safe and enforce our terms;
  • Communicate with you about your account, purchases, updates, and support requests;
  • Analyze usage to maintain, improve, and develop the platform;
  • Detect, prevent, and address security issues, fraud, cheating, and abuse;
  • Comply with legal obligations.

4. Personal Information From Minors

Tuludo is not intended for persons under the age of 16. As per our terms of service, users under the age of 16 are not allowed. We reserve the right to remove accounts that we suspect to be under the age limit.

5. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as described below:

  • Service providers — vendors who process data on our behalf under contract, such as hosting and payment processing (Stripe).
  • Other users — your username and any games or comments you publish are visible to other users. Direct messages are shared with the recipient you send them to.
  • Safety and moderation — we may access and review user-generated content, including comments and direct messages, where necessary to keep users safe, to moderate content, and to enforce our terms of service.
  • Legal and safety — when required by law, to enforce our terms, or to protect the rights, safety, and property of us, our users, or the public.

6. Cookies and Similar Technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies to:

  • Keep you logged in and remember your preferences (essential).
  • Understand how the Platform is used so we can improve it (analytics).

Non-essential cookies will only be used with your consent using our cookie banner.

7. Data Retention

We keep your personal information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service. After your account is closed, we retain certain data where necessary to:

  • Comply with legal, tax, and accounting obligations (for example, transaction records).
  • Resolve disputes and enforce our agreements.
  • Prevent fraud and abuse, and maintain community safety.

We delete or anonymize data when it is no longer needed for these purposes.

8. Your Privacy Rights

If you would like to have access to your data, correct inaccurate data or delete your data please contact us at the email address listed above.

9. Security Measures

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit, hashed password storage, and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please use a strong, unique password and keep it confidential.
